In the latest episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, Anurag and Prerna ask each other to talk first. Prerna starts first but she fails to confess her love then Anurag tries when the weather gets windy and starts raining they both struggle to close the window.
Prerna again tries to say and slips and leaves her lipstick mark on Anurag's shirt. Just then Mishka makes video call to Anurag and sees the mark and gets upset. Prerna shows Anurag the mark and cites him the reason of Mishka acting so weird.
Anurag goes to change and wipe the mark. He thinks about Prerna and thinks he will not wipe it off and will keep it as a good memory without giving a clue to anyone.
Mishka finds Prerna's pic in between Anurag's books and develops hatred for Prerna. he calls Komolika and says her that something is fishy between Anurag and Prerna. Komolika thinks how come 2 girls with same name. She leaves. Anurag thinks of Prerna and says everything seems to be so wonderful rain, cool breeze, moon and Prerna.
